Initial Consultation
$99
The initial consultation gives you an opportunity to get answers to many of your questions. These concern your situation. I am able to provide advice on how you proceed without my representation–enabling you to solve your own problem. If your problem requires additional information or further discussion (time and work), we will schedule an engagement session. (maximum time: 25 minutes)
Engagement Session
$299
An important outcome of this meeting is the legal strategy of our engagement. Typically, I will often provide you with an overview of the possible outcomes. At the conclusion of this session, you should have a general sense of timing. You will understand how long this matter will take to resolve. You should have a clear understanding of the next steps. You will know what you or I will need to do, and when. (maximum time: 50 minutes)
Hourly Services | Retainer
$499 | $998
This fee is based on the hourly rate. You should consider this fee similar to a “down payment” against which future costs are billed. Your retainer is placed in a special account. The costs of services are deducted from that account as they accrue. You will be refunded any remaining monies once your case or our work together has concluded. (billed in the smallest standard billable time increment for attorneys, or 6 minutes (0.1 hours))
MY REFERRAL-BASED GENERAL PRACTICE
My practice is referral-based. Client satisfaction has proven to be a key performance indicator. It is an integral part of my success. Positive outcomes are a consistent theme with my client engagements. The testimonials below should reinforce this “priority principle.” It is an important aspect of my often ongoing and long-term relationships with those I represent.

(maximum bonus: ten percent (10%) of your entire labor cost per representation, per each Initial Consultation and Engagement Session completed with a new unique client)
Credit to your account or additional services are offered to existing clients that refer new business. In standard fashion, I will provide your referral with a free consultation. If an attorney-client relationship is formed thereafter, I will credit your account with the referral bonus. This will occur once an hour of billable services is rendered and paid.

Referrals to other licensed attorneys in the Commonwealth (or another state) are provided for free. You may also be directed to the Virginia State Bar Lawyer Referral and Information Service (VLRS).
